On the next stage trigger based camera acquires the image of printed area. Software processes this image using OCR engine to convert into number. This converted number then verifies with system. If the number is not same software will generate an alarm output to alert operator. Software generates the compiled report like missing number, wrong printed number etc, at the end of the batch.
