FUSION BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS SYSTEM

Delivered solution to analyze fusion behavior in polymer industry. Its a laboratory extruder to measure fusion property of different granule mixers. System can load different temp. recipe to control the extruder temperature and monitors continuous torque of extruder screw motor. As per the curve pattern of time vs. torque graph, system identifies right mixing proportion of different granules.
ONLINE PRINTING & VERIFICATION
PRINTING INDUSTRY
Windows based software on LabVIEW platform & image acquisition hardware from National Instruments. Software is generating a unique number to print on prepaid voucher. On the next stage trigger based camera acquires the image of printed area. Software processes this image using OCR engine to convert into number. This converted number then verifies with system. If the number is not same software will generate an alarm output to alert operator. Software generates the compiled report like missing number, wrong printed number etc, at the end of the batch.

Client- Server network based data acquisition & control of different test parameters & test conditions using RS 485 & Ethernet Communication between server & Instruments like Energy meters on MODBUS & PLC with Ethernet. Test application is running on 5no. Of PCs which are cross connected between five UPS test panel on LabVIEW platform. All test data are logged in SQL database on Server. Test report can be generated & printed from any of 5 PCs connected via Ethernet as client. Controlling of different test conditions during the entire test cycle are done through PC.
GHEE KETTLE AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Successfully implemented automation solution to convert existing Ghee kettles into computerized fully automatic ghee kettles. The system is completely on latest wi-fi based communication. User can set required time Vs. Temperature recipe to individual kettle. Also can define starrer on/off timing accordingly. As per define recipe, steam control valve is operating in terms of opening %. System logs value of SV, PV, and steam valve opening % for every batch. SCADA software also provides offline report for batch’s graph and data. Additionally, system is equipped with user module to create user and give different access level for different type of users. Online screen shows live data of PV, SV, valve opening % as well as different errors in graph mode moreover it shows screen of PID profile controllers. Last but not least is alarm module that logs several alarms in to database with timestamp. In last concerning to security, our system is loaded with power failure shutdown and auto boot facility.
